A performance where positive energy is cultivated, harvested, and consumed.

During the witching hour, positive energy can be gathered. This energy is cultivated through the use of salt shrines. Offerings are placed within the shrines as tribute to the Spirit of Desire. As the water evaporates, positive energy crystallizes on the offerings, manifesting as salt. Once the crystals bloom, they are ready to be harvested.

The rootworker prepares a tea made from yerba di hole — African or Holy Basil — and stirs in the salted offerings. In this way, the positive energy is consumed, manifesting the will of the Spirit of Desire.
